FLOR Foundation<\/strong> was founded on September 21, 2012<\/strong>, with the purpose of articulating and strengthening<\/strong> the various initiatives its founder, Andrea Grobocopatel<\/strong>, had been developing in the academic field, social work, and local development. The creation of the Foundation was a way to honor those roots<\/strong> while also actively contributing to the cultural changes our country needs<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

From its beginnings, the Foundation placed a special focus on Carlos Casares and the Route 5 corridor, promoting initiatives to strengthen the country\u2019s interior as a great place to live, grow, and build a future. The goal is to create conditions that enable the retention and development of local talent, while also inspiring more individuals and organizations to get involved, learn, and be part of real and sustained transformations over time.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

FLOR Foundation<\/strong> was born as the realization of a collective dream<\/strong>: to create a space that would invite more people to join and help it grow day by day through a committed network<\/strong>. From the very beginning, the conviction was clear: a better world is possible<\/strong>, and building it depends on the responsible and collaborative action<\/strong> of those who choose to get involved.<\/p>

That dream took shape as an open space for individuals and organizations<\/strong> seeking to drive impactful ideas<\/strong>, who believe in the possibility of a better society and are willing to commit, collaborate, and turn those ideas into action<\/strong>.<\/p>

From its early steps, the Foundation set out to share that vision and invite others to become key players in building a responsible society<\/strong>, where diversity and solidarity<\/strong> are understood as sources of growth, sustainability, respect, and peace.<\/p>

With that spirit, FLOR Foundation<\/strong> defined itself from the outset as an idealistic\u2014yet not naive\u2014and deeply realistic project<\/strong> when it came to carrying out everything within its reach to demonstrate that a better society is not only necessary, but also possible<\/strong>.<\/p>

Committees are groups that members of FLOR Foundation join on a voluntary and unpaid<\/b> basis in order to collaborate on activities that support the achievement of the Foundation\u2019s goals. The themes for their formation are proposed by the Foundation, based on its areas of focus<\/b>. Valores Compromiso Diversidad Generosidad Proactividad Responsabilidad Integridad Nuestros comienzos Fundaci\u00f3n FLOR naci\u00f3 el 21 de septiembre de 2012 con el prop\u00f3sito de articular y potenciar las distintas iniciativas que su fundadora, Andrea Grobocopatel, ven\u00eda desarrollando en el \u00e1mbito acad\u00e9mico, el trabajo social y el desarrollo local. La creaci\u00f3n de la Fundaci\u00f3n fue una forma de honrar esas ra\u00edces y, al mismo tiempo, de contribuir activamente a los cambios culturales que nuestro pa\u00eds necesita. Desde sus inicios, la Fundaci\u00f3n puso un foco especial en Carlos Casares y en el corredor de la Ruta 5, impulsando acciones para fortalecer al interior del pa\u00eds como un buen lugar para vivir, crecer y proyectarse. El objetivo es crear condiciones que permitan retener y desarrollar talentos locales, y al mismo tiempo inspirar a m\u00e1s personas y organizaciones a involucrarse, aprender y ser parte de transformaciones reales y sostenidas en el tiempo. Un sue\u00f1o que se volvi\u00f3 acci\u00f3n Fundaci\u00f3n FLOR naci\u00f3 como la concreci\u00f3n de un sue\u00f1o colectivo: el de crear un espacio que invitara a m\u00e1s personas a sumarse y hacerlo crecer d\u00eda a d\u00eda a trav\u00e9s de una red comprometida. Desde el comienzo, la convicci\u00f3n fue clara: un mundo mejor es posible y su construcci\u00f3n depende de la acci\u00f3n responsable y colaborativa de quienes deciden involucrarse. Ese sue\u00f1o tom\u00f3 forma como un espacio abierto a personas y organizaciones que buscan impulsar ideas con impacto, que conf\u00edan en la posibilidad de una sociedad mejor y que est\u00e1n dispuestas a comprometerse, trabajar en conjunto y llevar esas ideas a la acci\u00f3n. Desde sus primeros pasos, la Fundaci\u00f3n se propuso compartir esa visi\u00f3n e invitar a otros a convertirse en protagonistas de la construcci\u00f3n de una sociedad responsable, donde la diversidad y la solidaridad fueran entendidas como fuentes de crecimiento, sostenibilidad, respeto y paz. Con ese esp\u00edritu, Fundaci\u00f3n FLOR se defini\u00f3 desde el inicio como un proyecto idealista \u2014sin ingenuidad\u2014 y profundamente realista, a la hora de ejecutar todo lo que estuviera a su alcance para demostrar que una sociedad mejor no solo es necesaria, sino tambi\u00e9n posible. Una forma de hacer basada en el compromiso, la acci\u00f3n y la generaci\u00f3n de impacto, con la diversidad y la solidaridad como ejes. \u00bfQu\u00e9 son los comit\u00e9s FLOR? Los comit\u00e9s son grupos a los que se adhieren de manera voluntaria y gratuita los\/las integrantes de Fundaci\u00f3n FLOR, a fin de colaborar en las actividades que permitan el logro de los objetivos propuestos por la Fundaci\u00f3n. La tem\u00e1tica de conformaci\u00f3n de los mismos es propuesta por la Fundaci\u00f3n, en funci\u00f3n de sus ejes de trabajo.
