Giselle Petraglia<\/strong>, Executive Director of Fundaci\u00f3n FLOR, highlighted this year\u2019s record number of applications and thanked the organizations that took the time to share their efforts toward a more inclusive environment. \u201cI invite each and every one of us to take responsibility for the positive transformation we want to see in the world, ensuring no one is left behind,\u201d she added.<\/p>

Meanwhile, Marcela Lomba<\/strong>, Academic Director of Fundaci\u00f3n FLOR, compared diversity to an invisible cathedral built of ideas and values. \u201cThat perspective was once bequeathed to us by others. We are passengers in this construction. It is not the margins or the center that we aim to reach, but the construction itself. The pioneers are those who break through. We are a kind organization that seeks to expand and ensure these values become normal and a part of our daily lives,\u201d she expressed.<\/p>

Finally, Andrea Grobocopatel<\/strong>, President of Fundaci\u00f3n FLOR, expressed: \u201cI hope we all leave here more empathetic, committed, and innovative, because we have understood our differences.
