Within the framework of its 10th anniversary, the Foundation for Responsible Leadership and Organizations (FLOR) announced the winners of the seventh edition of the FLOR Diversity Awards. The NGO led by Andrea Grobocopatel<\/strong> awarded the top distinction to Globant<\/strong> in the Large Companies category, Asociaci\u00f3n Civil Impacto Digital<\/strong> in the NGOs category, Demoliciones Mitre<\/strong> in the SME category, and the Undersecretariat for Older Persons of the Government of the City of Buenos Aires<\/strong> in the Public Sector category. Additionally, Grupo Entregas<\/strong> and WeAmericas<\/strong> received two special mentions in the LATAM category for their excellence in diversity management practices.<\/p><\/p>

Other companies recognized were BASF and IBM, receiving special mentions for specific diversity practices.<\/p>

Today's organizations are conscious of the challenge presented by the current world (volatile \u2013 uncertain \u2013 complex \u2013 ambiguous). In this environment, achieving economic, social, and environmental results requires them to be creative and innovative.<\/p><\/p>

Managing diversity is the strategic key to achieving this goal, which will also grant them the ultimate success: being part of the transformation toward a more just and inclusive society.<\/p>

Many organizations are already traveling this wonderful path that transforms realities; at Fundaci\u00f3n FLOR, we value and celebrate the work each of them carries out.<\/p>

She also invited everyone to let experiencing these awards be the beginning of a transformation process, serving as a source of inspiration and best practices to be replicated.<\/p>

Gaston Remy<\/strong>, a member of the Foundation\u2019s Board of Directors, emphasized the articulation of a responsible culture committed to people and organizations, where education and diversity are fundamental to any cultural change.<\/p>

The ceremony took place in the Sala Argentina of the Centro Cultural Kirchner (CCK), both in-person and virtually, and was hosted by the host and FLOR collaborator Agustina Torchio Grobocopatel<\/strong> alongside host Mart\u00edn Wullich<\/strong>.<\/p><\/p>

Gestionar la diversidad es la clave estrat\u00e9gica para conseguir este objetivo, que adem\u00e1s les brindar\u00e1 el logro mayor, ser parte de la transformaci\u00f3n a una sociedad m\u00e1s justa e inclusiva. Muchas organizaciones ya est\u00e1n transitando este maravilloso camino que transforma realidades; en Fundaci\u00f3n FLOR valoramos y celebramos el trabajo que realizan cada una de ellas. \u201cValoramos mucho la participaci\u00f3n de tantas empresas y organizaciones por postularse.
