General Introduction
Mujeres en Decisión (MED) is a gender-focused organizational governance program that provides theoretical tools in key areas for professional and personal growth (corporate governance, leadership, personal branding, public speaking, negotiation) with a cross-cutting perspective based on gender diversity. We offer training of proven academic quality, along with networking and connection-building experiences that create real and positive impact for both individuals and their respective organizations.
