FLOR Diversity Awards, organized by FLOR Foundation since 2016, recognize organizations that manage diversity strategically, integrating it into their processes, decisions, and management models to generate social impact and organizational value.

In this edition, the FLOR Awards for Diversity call for large companies, SMEs/SMBs, civil organizations in the public sector, chambers of commerce, labor unions and professional associations of Argentina and Latin America to present their practices and strategies in diversity, equity and inclusion.

Applications are evaluated based on their impact, level of innovation, scalability, and intersectional approach, with an emphasis on how these initiatives strengthen sustainability and organizational performance.
