Today's organizations are conscious of the challenge presented by the current world (volatile – uncertain – complex – ambiguous). In this environment, achieving economic, social, and environmental results requires them to be creative and innovative.
Managing diversity is the strategic key to achieving this goal, which will also grant them the ultimate success: being part of the transformation toward a more just and inclusive society.
Many organizations are already traveling this wonderful path that transforms realities; at Fundación FLOR, we value and celebrate the work each of them carries out.
“We deeply value the participation of so many companies and organizations for their applications. It brings us great satisfaction to present the FLOR Awards. I assure you that seeing something that was just a dream 10 years ago become a reality is truly wonderful. We feel that joint effort and networking within organizations are increasingly necessary to achieve social inclusion across all sectors of our society. From the Foundation, we celebrate that more and more people are joining the effort to create spaces of integration,” stated Andrea Grobocopatel. She also invited everyone to let experiencing these awards be the beginning of a transformation process, serving as a source of inspiration and best practices to be replicated.
Gaston Remy, a member of the Foundation’s Board of Directors, emphasized the articulation of a responsible culture committed to people and organizations, where education and diversity are fundamental to any cultural change.
The ceremony took place in the Sala Argentina of the Centro Cultural Kirchner (CCK), both in-person and virtually, and was hosted by the host and FLOR collaborator Agustina Torchio Grobocopatel alongside host Martín Wullich.
The organizations that applied were evaluated by an honorary jury composed of: Ana Inés Álvarez (Executive Director of Fundación AVON), Francisco Ortega (Senior Partner at McKinsey), Gala Díaz Langou (Executive Director of CIPPEC), Iván de Pineda (host and presenter), Kurt Frieder (President of Fundación Huésped), Laura Gaidulewicz (Director of Binden Group), and Virginia Genovesi (member of the Board of Directors of Fundación FLOR).
