Today's organizations are aware of the challenge offered by today's world (volatile - uncertain - complex - ambiguous) in which, to achieve their economic, social and environmental results, they need to be creative and innovative.

Managing diversity is the strategic key to achieving this objective, which will also provide them with a greatest achievement, being part of the transformation to a more just and inclusive society.

Many organizations are already traveling this wonderful path that transforms realities; At FLOR Foundation we value and celebrate the work that each one of them does.

We greatly appreciate the participation of so many companies and organizations for applying. We are very pleased to deliver the FLOR Awards. Seeing something come true that 10 years ago was just a dream, I assure you is wonderful. We feel that joint work and networking within organizations is increasingly needed to achieve social inclusion in all sectors of our society. From the Foundation we celebrate that more and more are joining in generating spaces for integration”, said Andrea Grobocopatel. She also invited that experiencing the awards be the beginning of the transformation process, and a source of inspiration and good practices so that they can be replicated.

Gaston Remy, member of the Foundation's Board of Directors, emphasized the articulation of a responsible and committed culture with people and organizations where education and diversity are essential for any cultural change.

The ceremony was held in the Sala Argentina of the Centro Cultural Kirchner (CCK) both in person and online and was conducted by the presenter and collaborator of FLOR Agustina Torchio Grobocopatel and the announcer Martín Wullich.

The organizations that applied were evaluated by an honor jury integrated by: Ana Inés Álvarez (Executive Director of the AVON Foundation), Francisco Ortega (Senior Partner on McKinsey), Gala Díaz Langou (CIPPEC Executive Director), Iván de Pineda (TV Host), Kurt Frieder (Huesped Foundation President), Laura Gaidulewicz (Binden Group Director) y Virginia Genovesi (member of the Board of Directors of FLOR Foundation).
